Behind the scenes - who is Sabine Bach?
In case you want to know a bit more about me “behind the scenes”, here are a few fun facts and snippets.
I am passionate about change. It’s a topic that I discovered for me during my graduate and post-graduate studies and that stayed with throughout my career. I find it fascinating how the human brain and human perception shape the way we see the things around us and influence how we act. So that when we are intent on changing things we’ll have to start with our own perception.
This has led me to seek out various roles in my corporate and executive career that centered around change from all angles; markets, finance, employees, and leadership. Ultimately, that also led to the biggest change for me with focusing on supporting others in their journey as a coach.
My view on the world has also found its creative outlet as a photographer. I am and have always been a visual person, and photography lets me explore that aspect. I call myself a professional amateur. I do it for fun with professional equipment, and have started incorporating my imagery into my coaching work.
And I’m an outdoors person. I’m one of those “disgusting” people who feel happiness when they move – sorry ;-) I run in everyday life and escape to the mountains as often as I can manage: on foot, on a bike, on skies. Yes, I do go on travels to farther mountains, too. Which doesn’t mean that I can’t enjoy the sea, too. In winter …
When you work with me, I will bring all those passions to the table – if you wish me to do so. First and foremost, all my coaching work is about you, your topics and your needs. What I will bring in any case is a vast bouquet of questions and coaching methods that will let us explore YOUR journey.

I totally get how paying a compliment will make us feel better – us as the ones paying the compliment. And I also get how the assumption comes about that the recipient will feel better, too. After all, we are full of good intentions – and intend to “spread the love and positivity”.
