We will define together what such a backing would look like.
What I am offering is a professional and well-founded sparring. This may include reflecting on your career path as well as challenging situations. If desired this will include food for thought both on a professional as well as individual level plus inspiration and feedback if appropriate.
What you’ll get is a regular interaction with a professional and experienced counterpart. We will reflect on your starting point and your expectations. It’s you who will decide what you want and need with complete flexibility.
